Hyderabad: Union Minister for Tourism & Culture, G Kishan Reddy, addressed the youth at a Rozgar Mela, urging them to seize the opportunities provided by the Central government and contribute to the country’s development.
The event, organized by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saw the distribution of appointment letters to 71,000 newly recruited Central government job holders. Reddy praised Modi’s efforts in providing jobs and highlighted his target of creating 10 lakh jobs in the next ten months.
Union Minister criticized the state government for causing delays in recruitment and emphasized the importance of the next 25 years for the youth.
Reddy expressed hope for India to become a global leader by its 100th Independence Day. He also praised Modi’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and mentioned the growth of the mobile phone industry in India.
Reddy referred to the fight against corruption as one of the major issues addressed by Modi during the 2014 election campaign. He attributed the decline in Kashmir-related issues and terrorism to Modi’s leadership.
