Hyderabad: On the occasion of World Snake Day, the Nehru Zoological Park, in collaboration with the Friends of Snakes Society, conducted an informative program to raise awareness about snakes. The event took place at the reptile house within the Zoo premises on Sunday, attracting a diverse crowd.

The curator of the Nehru Zoological Park, Prashant Bajirao Patil, and Deputy Curator, A Nagamani, expressed the zoo’s commitment to celebrating ecological days and emphasized the importance of educating the public. They encouraged citizens to actively participate in upcoming events aimed at fostering greater awareness about wildlife conservation.
