Originally scheduled for release on the 28th of this month, the film has left fans eagerly awaiting new updates. Despite a flurry of rumors swirling around, the tight-lipped movie team has chosen to remain silent.

The delay in post-production work has been the primary reason behind the film’s postponement, leaving fans anxiously anticipating its new release date. However, there is a glimmer of hope on the horizon. Sources reveal that dubbing for the movie in both Telugu and Kannada languages is currently underway. Prabhas himself has commenced dubbing for his character in Telugu, while his Kannada counterpart has also started working on the Kannada version. The dedicated efforts of the film’s makers are aimed at wrapping up production as swiftly as possible. If these reports hold true, there’s a chance the film may still hit theaters on its initially proposed date.

Directed by Prashanth Neel, the visionary behind the acclaimed “KGF” franchise, “Salaar” features the talented Shruthi Haasan as the female lead, with Malayalam star Prithviraj playing the formidable antagonist. The film is being crafted in two enthralling parts, with the first installment aptly titled “Salaar: Ceasefire.” The musical genius Ravi Basrur is orchestrating the film’s riveting tunes, promising an electrifying entertainment experience for audiences.
