Hyderabad- Get ready for a dose of laughter as Kiran Abbavaram, known for hits like “Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru” and “SR Kalyana Mandapam,” teams up with Neha Shetty of “DJ Tillu” fame for the upcoming entertainer, “Rules Ranjann.” Directed by Rathinam Krishna, known for films like “Nee Manasu Naaku Telusu” and “Oxygen,” this laugh riot is set to hit screens on September 28.
