In a motivating address during the 12th convocation ceremony at the Indian Institute of Technology-Hyderabad (IIT-H), S. Somnath, Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and Secretary of the Department of Space, urged graduating students to actively participate in the nation-building process.
