BJP Leaders Criticize Udayanidhi Stalin’s Comments on Sanatana Dharma

Date:

Hyderabad- In response to Tamil Nadu Minister Udayanidhi Stalin’s controversial remarks about Sanatana Dharma, BJP Rajya Sabha member Dr. K Laxman and Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay voiced their concerns. Laxman questioned Telangana CM KCR’s silence on the matter, particularly given his claim of being a staunch Hindu. He urged those who attack Sanatana Dharma to be held accountable through the power of votes.

Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay also criticized Udayanidhi Stalin’s comments, expressing his disappointment that KCR, who professes his Hindu beliefs, had not addressed the issue. He contended that the opposition is not an alliance of India but rather of Italy and India. Sanjay emphasized that the people of the country need not heed the words of Rahul Gandhi and Udayanidhi.

Sanjay drew historical parallels, noting that those who attempted to undermine Sanatana Dharma are no longer present, from Aurangzeb to the British. He called attention to past controversies, such as Udayanidhi’s grandfather Karunanidhi questioning whether Lord Rama was an engineer. Sanjay urged the I.N.D.I.A alliance to clarify their stance on Udayanidhi’s remarks and cautioned that their legacy would be impacted by their response.
